This is the ICONIC dish of any dim sum meal. It should be juicy and springy and full of juice yet the outside should be dry and slightly sticky. Our har kow is made by hand, entirely by dim sum masters with years of experience so you can enjoy this delicacy, at the comfort of your own home.
Directions: Place on a plate or bamboo steamer and steam for 8-10 mins. (timing is counted only when the water has boiled and developed a strong stream of steam)
